This was my 1st time ever using the Google Duo app. Once Dr. Chugh and I connected, he was able to access my needs; I was able to home test my blood pressure and share my results with him, share my concerns and thoughts and Dr. Chugh was patient and had a great “phone” side manner. He calmed my thoughts and answered all of my health questions on a professional level from the physicians view. This was a great experience; it was as if I was in his physical office.
